My fitness journey began in a small garage with 2 dumbbells, where I developed a passion for calisthenics and running. As I transitioned into the gym, I discovered powerlifting, where i got hooked on getting stronger and changing my body comp. Over this time I discovered my passion for helping others achieve their own strength and fitness goals.


My goal is to help my clients improve their technique, deepen their understanding of nutrition while adopting healthy lifestyle habits. All so they can achieve their strength and body comp goals in a sustainable and healthy way.
