I originally began as a Field Hockey player, bringing me from the UK to Melbourne to play as part of the MCC hockey team, I first used the gym as a way to improve my performance and avoid injury. Over time, that focus shifted. I fell in love with how strength training makes you feel both physically and mentally.
Through both team sports and training at different gyms, I know that exercise can be so much more than burning calories. I have seen how the love and passion for moving your body and achieving new goals can bring people together. This support is something I value deeply and aim to create for every person I coach.
My passion for the body led me to study Biomedical Science, giving me a strong understanding of the science behind how we move, adapt, and build strength. I use this knowledge to coach with intention, applying evidence-based principles to help clients build strength safely, and achieve lasting results.
I’m passionate about spreading my love for exercise and helping others build a positive relationship with training. My goal is to teach people not just how to train, but why it works so they continue to move their bodies for life.
