I started my career in sport and fitness playing high level Cricket through my teenage years. Through this time a love of strength training was embedded, and I went on to study a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science focusing on the benefits of resistance training.
Following this, I moved into the corporate world which allowed me to see the firsthand benefits that weight training provides not only to athletes, but to absolutely everyone.
All of these experiences ignited a passion for helping others find a love of resistance and strength training.
My coaching philosophy is that weight training is for everyone, and I truly believe that we can all benefit from adding just a little bit more weight to the bar.
