Danae credits her former life as a ballerina for developing a comprehensive understanding of the human body and movement. Now an accomplished coach, Danae has an intrinsic understanding of pain management, training for body composition and strength training programs without the ego. Designing programs for her clients that not only achieve an aesthetic result but an education into the fundamentals of lifting weights in a safe and supportive environment.
Danae teaches clients fundamental techniques behind the big three compound movements, being the squat, bench and deadlift and excels at modifying movement patterns to suit the biomechanics, pathologies and imbalances of each client.
